General Requirement for Solar Power Lights for Saudi Arabia:
1- The Pole spacing is 50 Meters
2- Possible pole height is 13 meter
3- Ambient Temperature is 55 Degree C.
4- Pole/pole structure shall be capable of withstand 80 MPH (120 KM/Hr) Wend
5- Poles & Street Arrangement/Configuration (Please see attachment)
6- The system shall be capable of operating for at least 3 consecutive days without sunlight
7- Qty 9000 pcs

Specific Requirements for each Pole System:

1- Solar Panels shall be total of 1000 Wp at 12V (Minimum Individual Solar Panel is 175W), 25 Years of operation with 20 years warranty. The solar Panels shall be provided with the supporting structure for pole mounting at 30 degrees. Please provide alternative system if possible.
2- 10 W, 24V LEDs consists for each pole 4 fixtures with 6 LEDs each. 100,000 Hours with 10 years warranty. Alternative system is acceptable as long as it can provide the lighting for 50 Meter Poles separation as shown in the attachment.
3- 1-720 AH, maintenance free battery (sealed, gel, High deep discharge), 24 V, 10 years warranty
4- 2-30 AMP or 1-60 AMP Charger/Controller, 10 years of operation with 10 Years Warranty. The charger shall include a timer to turn on/off the LED Lights.
5- A- for 60 AMP Charger/Controller option; 1-60 AMP CB Miniature type to connect between the solar panels and charger/controller and 1-60 AMP CB Miniature type to connect between the Charger/controller and the load. B- for the 30 AMP Charger/Controller Option; 2-30 AMP CB/combiner, Miniature type to connect between the solar panels and the two chargers/controllers; 2-30 AMP CB/Combiner, Miniature type to connect between the chargers/controllers and the load.
6- 1- outdoor type panel to house the battery, controller/charger, CBs, TBs. The Panel shall be supplied with the supporting structure for pole mounting. The panel bottom section sides shall be extended outward for 2 inches to minimize dust/sand from penetrating the panel. The panel shall have filter (with ease of removal/Cleaning) at the bottom section. The panel shall have a small fan to force heat outward and to keep positive pressure to prevent dust/sand from penetrating the panel. The preferred panel shall be made of fiber glass. The Panel shall be provided pre-wired, and battery/charger/CB/FAN/Filter installed and braced in place. Other option will be considered such as the Panel shall be Hermitically sealed and Rated 4X.
7- 1- Pole, Galvanized steel, possibly 13 Meters, w/mounting bolts with leveling nuts, the pole shall have a bottom window with grounding lug that can accommodate 4/O grounding bare copper stranded. The Pole shall have a minimum life of 25 years with 20 years warranty.
8- Licensed structural engineer certification to certify that the pole and structure shall be capable of withstanding 120 KM/Hour Wend (Solar panels &mounting structure shall be installed in the field at the top of the pole at 30 Degrees, the control panel will be mounted below the LED structure, The LED structure shall be with similar mounting and arrangement as attached).
9- New drawing similar to the attachment to certify the light coverage of the LED fixtures for the supplied height of the pole will provide adequate lighting for the two sides of the street and for the area showing on the attachment for the 50 meter separation between poles.
